NBC Health Guard Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh. We operate NBC Hospital & Trauma Center, providing free medical consultations, health checkups, and medicines to the underprivileged. Through blood donation camps, food and clothing distribution, and educational outreach, we strive to uplift rural communities and serve those in need with dignity and compassion.

Our History
NBC Health Guard Foundation was founded on 14 March 2022 in Kurebhar, Sultanpur (U.P.), by a group of dedicated individuals determined to address the medical and humanitarian needs of underserved communities. What started as a local initiative has now grown into a beacon of hope for thousands.
Over time, we established NBC Hospital & Trauma Center to provide regular medical services to the poor. Our consistent efforts in running health camps, distributing medicines, organizing food drives, and offering educational support have helped us touch countless lives across the region.
Our journey continues with the same spirit—to serve, to uplift, and to create a healthier, more compassionate world.
